2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is significantly different from what was ordered
  • Items are missing from your order

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Store Credit: A credit will be applied to your account for future orders
  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products that have been consumed or partially used
  • Issues caused by improper storage after delivery
  • Change of mind after receiving the correct product

6. Cancellation Policy
